TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. DRIVER REQUIREMENTS / RESTRICTIONS / AGE LIMIT

Vehicles are available to drivers over the age of 25 with good driving records and no major violations that would restrict your license from driving a vehicle on public roads.

Due to the size of our exotic vehicles, certain driver height and weight restrictions may apply. Please contact us for more information. We do offer Ride Along packages for those under the age of 21. We do not have an age restriction for passengers.

2. INSURANCE

All Drivers must carry a form of full coverage insurance to cover damages to the vehicle in the event of an accident. Allowable coverage must be in one of the following forms:

  • Existing Coverage
    If you already have an existing insurance policy on a personal vehicle you own or lease, you can use this same policy to cover your rental vehicle. You will need contact your insurance company to verify that you have adequate coverage in place. If your coverage is insufficient, we will require all driver(s) to purchase additional coverage with their insurance company prior to renting. (Fortunately, it does not matter what car you drive personally. As long as you have insurance in good standing, your carrier will cover damages.) Out-of-state renters are required to maintain full-coverage insurance (liability, comprehensive, and collision).

3. INTERNATIONAL PARTICIPANTS

BLAST understands you are not able to provide proof of full coverage insurance. International visitors must provide a driver’s license from their home country, passport and purchase liability damage waiver from us.

4. PAYMENT METHODS

VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover are the preferred method of payment for rental fees and damage deposits. In certain cases, cashier’s checks or cash may be accepted if pre-arranged. Personal & business checks are not accepted.

All Gift Vouchers purchased either online at blastmiami.com or through our sales office expire one year from the date of purchase unless otherwise noted on the issued voucher. We do not offer refunds on gift vouchers. Expired gift cards can be re-instated for a flat fee of $50 within 6 months of their expiration date, allowing an additional 6 months for the gift card to be used. We do offer gift vouchers through various third party websites. Those companies provide various expiration periods. Please refer to their guidelines for redemption rules and voucher expiration.

5. TICKETS

Drivers are responsible for all parking, traffic, speeding and/or other tickets or violations issued while the vehicle is being rented. Drives are responsible for paying all fees, penalties, towing charges, impound costs, and any other related costs incurred during their rental period.

6. CANCELLATION POLICY

Because of the limited availability of our tour openings, we will authorize your credit card for 100% of the full cost of the driving package at the time of booking. We understand things come up, if you need to cancel your appointment we will allow you to move your appointment or bank your reservation for up to one full year from the date of purchase. You must notify us within 24 hours of your appointment to receive a credit towards a future tour. If you no-show at the time of your reservation without notifying us ahead of time, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the total Driving Experience cost. For larger group events we ask for a minimum of seven days notice that you require an alternate date.

There are no exceptions to this cancellation policy.

7. WEATHER POLICY

Unfortunately we cannot control the weather, but we try to be understanding and flexible when the weather isn’t cooperating. You will have one year from scheduled date to reschedule for an alternate date. If you are traveling from out of state and are unable to use your credit due to weather related cancellations we will provide a full refund.

8. REFUND POLICY / MECHANICAL BREAKDOWN

We do our very best to work with our customers and want to make sure you are satisfied 100% with your driving experience. We do not offer refunds for canceled reservations. Due to the nature of our business we do have days where we run into delayed start times. These delays are usually due to traffic or incidents that are out of our control. If a delay occurs that is over an hour past the reserved start time, we will allow you to reschedule your tour within one year from the date of the tour. We do not offer refunds for delays as they are typically out of our control. We do not offer refunds for Gift Voucher purchases made on Oxotic.com or through our sales office. In the event we experience a break down or mechanical failure to the reserved vehicle for your tour, (when available) we will offer a similar vehicle of equal or greater value or provide you with a credit to make you whole. Alternatively, will also allow you to reschedule at your convenience.

Gift Cards: Expired gift cards can be re-instated for a flat fee of $50 within 6 months of their expiration date, allowing an additional 6 months for the gift card to be used.

9. PRIVACY POLICY

What information do we collect?

We collect information from you when you place an order, fill out a form or Contact us by phone.

When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address or phone number. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

What do we use your information for?

Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

  • To process transactions

Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.

  • To send periodic emails

The email address you provide for order processing, will only be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order.

How do we protect your information?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.

We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

Do we use cookies?

Yes (Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computers hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the sites or service providers systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information

We use cookies to help us remember and process the items in your shopping cart, understand and save your preferences for future visits and keep track of advertisements.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third party products or services on our website. These third party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites.
